Additional Terms Regarding Parts and Deposits
TI Constant requires a deposit for parts before placing any order. In the event of a cancellation, the client may be charged for the shipping costs incurred. If the deposit is made for parts that are on backorder or considered special order items, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Warranty Terms
Our standard warranty on parts is one year, and the labor warranty is three months. Please note that our warranty does not cover parts purchased by the client, nor does it extend to labor for such parts. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse warranty service if we find that the protective sticker has been tampered with, such as torn, repositioned, or replaced.
If a part fails within the warranty period and qualifies under the warranty, we will provide a replacement. However, the labor cost for installing the replacement part will be charged to the client again.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined above.
