A client in New Jersey contacted TI Constant Inc. after their LG refrigerator stopped dispensing water and ice. During our diagnostic inspection, we found that the internal heater inside the door, which prevents the ice maker’s water line from freezing, had burned out. As this component is embedded and non-serviceable, we recommended a full OEM door replacement.

- Removed the original refrigerator door
- Transferred all internal wiring, water valves, control panels, water lines, and trim components to the new door
- Installed and sealed the new door per LG specifications
- Performed alignment calibration and operational testing
- Verified full function of ice and water dispensing systems
